Submission Choice

This section provides information about how to submit the various types of work for consideration. It should be read in conjunction with the Call for Papers and also the Submission Types below.

  • Submitting an Abstract
    In the first instance we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation etc. Abstracts should be 300-350 words. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.

  • Submitting a Paper
    For publish paper, please send your full paper directly. Earlier submission is encouraged as it helps us to manage the review process in a timely manner. This is of particular importance if you will need a visa to attend the conference.
    Please download the template that explains the requirements in detail. Papers not conforming to the conference style will be returned.

    About Plagiarism
    Plagiarism is totally unacceptable to WSES. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. The authors have to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

    If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

  • Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.

  • Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)

  • Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

  • Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
