  Refund Policy

If you cannot attend the conference for specific reasons, we advise you to find your co-author or someone familiar with this paper to attend on your behalf. If you need a refund, please send cancellation requests to the conference secretary. Kindly note that cancellations received before March 05 will incur a charge of 30 USD, cancellations received before April 05 will incur a 30% service fee, cancellations received before May 05 will incur a 50% service fee, and cancellations received after May 05 will not be eligible for refunds. Please submit your application to mail wses@sciei.org.

如您因特殊原因无法参会，建议由共同作者代表参加。
如您因个人原因退款，请发邮件到会议邮箱wses@sciei.org。 退费详情如下：于03月05日及之前提交退费申请，需扣除30USD 手续费；于4月05日及之前提交退费申请，需扣除30%注册费；于5月05日及之前提交退费申请，需扣除50%注册费；5月05日之后，不接受退款。

For the following reasons, the registration fee cannot be refunded
以下原因，不进行退款

Personal Reason
Participants who are unable to attend the meeting due to "personal reasons" and other circumstances cannot be refunded or paid any compensation. The reason including: travel difficulties, visa issues, health issues, financial defaults, etc.
因“个人原因”或环境因素，不能出席会议的，将不予退款。原因包括但不限于:旅行困难、签证问题、健康问题、财务违约等。（会务组会尽量给与协调）
Force Majeure
If the conference is prevented or affected due to "force majeure" circumstances, SRSE will not bear any responsibility, refund or pay any compensation.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
如因“不可抗力”的原因导致会议无法举行或受到影响，SRSE将不承担任何责任、退款或赔偿。
属于“不可抗力”的情况包括我们即使尽一切努力也无法预见或避免的任何事件。这些情况包括但不限于：火灾、洪水、爆炸、风暴或其他天气损害、闯入、刑事损害、骚乱或内乱、工业行动、自然或核灾难、火灾、恶劣天气条件、战争或战争威胁、实际或威胁的恐怖主义活动、流行病等所有我们无法控制的类似情况。
