Welcome Message

It is a great pleasure to invite you all to participate as speakers, delegates, or sponsors at 2026 the 2nd World Symposium on Electrical Systems, which will be held in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China, from June 26-28, 2026. The conference is sponsored by Xinjiang University and IEEE, hosted by the School of Electrical Engineering at Xinjiang University, with patronage from Tianjin University, the Institute of Electrical Engineering at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, North China Electric Power University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Beijing Jiaotong University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan University, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China Electric Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., Nanjing Institute of Technology, and others.

We welcome you to attend the upcoming WSES 2026. This conference aims to bring together experts and scholars in the industry to share the latest research findings and technological advancements, as well as to discuss innovations and developments in the field of electrical systems.

Proceedings

After two blind review process, formal notification will be mailed to authors. After successful registration and presentation, papers can be published in WSES IEEE conference proceedings, indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus etc main digital base.
