2025 World Symposium on Electrical Systems (WSES 2025)

为汇集业内专家和学者,分享最新研究成果和技术进步,共同探讨电气系统领域的创新和发展。2025年6月6至8日,国际电气系统研讨会 (The World Symposium on Electrical Systems, WSES 2025) 在中国甘肃兰州隆重举行。本次会议由兰州交通大学、IEEE、IEEE PES主办,兰州交通大学自动化与电气工程学院、IEEE PES 兰州分会共同承办,并得到天津大学、中国科学院电工研究所、华北电力大学、华中科技大学、北京交通大学、西南交通大学、四川大学、中国电力科学研究院有限公司提供学术支持。

来自高校学者、科研机构专家及企业代表近百人齐聚本次盛会,以线下与线上相结合的方式,围绕电气系统领域的创新与发展趋势展开深入交流,共同探讨前沿问题,碰撞学术思想。

Opening and Speeches

On the morning of June 7th, the conference opened with the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Professor Ge Leijiao of Lanzhou Jiaotong University & Tianjin University, who also served as the conference chair. Professor Li Xiaoping, Professor Zhang Zhenhai, and Professor Min Yongzhi from Lanzhou University attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches successively.

 6月7日上午,大会开幕,开幕式由大会主席兰州交通大学&天津大学葛磊蛟教授主持。兰州大学李小平教授、张振海教授、闵永智教授参加开幕式并先后致辞。

Professor Li Xiaoping warmly welcomed the participating guests from afar and expressed his heartfelt gratitude. He hoped to use this conference as an opportunity to deepen interdisciplinary and transnational cooperation and exchanges, and looked forward to fruitful results from the collision of academic ideas and thoughts among the participants. In his speech, Professor Zhang Zhenhai stated that the college has always been committed to promoting the development and innovation of electrical engineering disciplines and actively building academic exchange platforms. This seminar will provide a rare opportunity for teachers and students of the college to learn and exchange ideas with experts and scholars at home and abroad. Professor Min Yongzhi pointed out that this seminar focuses on cutting-edge issues and gathers global wisdom, which will provide new ideas and methods for solving key technical problems in the field of electrical systems. He wished the conference a complete success.

During the opening ceremony, the conference also announced the winners of the Excellent Reviewer Award, Excellent Organization Award, and Outstanding Contribution Award for this conference, and presented the awards on-site.

李小平教授热烈欢迎远道而来的参会嘉宾并致以衷心感谢,期望以本次会议为契机,深化跨学科、跨国界的合作交流,期待与会者在学术与思想的碰撞中收获丰硕成果。张振海教授在致辞中表示,学院始终致力于推动电气工程学科的发展与创新,积极搭建学术交流平台,此次研讨会将为学院师生与国内外专家学者提供难得的学习交流机会。闵永智教授指出,本次研讨会聚焦前沿问题,汇聚全球智慧,将为解决电气系统领域关键技术难题提供新思路、新方法,预祝会议圆满成功。

开幕式环节,大会还揭晓了本次会议优秀审稿人奖、优秀组织奖、突出贡献奖,并进行了现场颁奖。

In the academic report session, Professor Ju Yuntao from North China University of Technology, Professor Li Ning from Xi'an University of Technology, and Professor Xu Yijun from Southeast University delivered wonderful keynote reports.

 学术报告环节,北方工业大学的巨云涛教授、西安理工大学李宁教授、东南大学徐一骏教授分别作精彩报告主旨报告。

The conference lasts for three days. In addition to the 3 keynote reports, there are also 9 invited reports, and nearly 40 young scholars will give wonderful invited reports. In addition, the conference set up 1 oral report session and 1 poster exhibition. Participants conducted in-depth discussions on several hot topics such as "Key Technologies for Full-Factor Planning in the Key Period of New Power System Transformation", "Promoting Interconnected Microgrids to Achieve Resilient and Sustainable Energy Systems", "Application of Energy Storage Technology in New Power Systems", "Emerging Advanced Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Technologies for Smart Grids", "Interaction between Renewable Energy-Based Railway Traction Power Supply and New Power Systems", and "Smart Decision-Making and Optimization of New Efficient Distributed Systems Accepting High Proportions of Distributed Resources".

本次大会为期三天,除3场主旨报告外,还设有9场特邀报告,近40 位青年学者作精彩特邀报告。另大会设置1场口头报告,1场海报展示,与会者围绕“新电力体制转型关键时期全要素规划的关键技术”“推进联网微电网,实现弹性和可持续能源系统”“储能技术在新型电力系统中的应用”“智能电网的新兴先进人工智能辅助技术”“基于可再生能源的铁路牵引供电与新型电力系统的互动”“智能决策和优化新高效接受高比例分布式资源的分布式系统” 等多个热门议题展开深入研讨。

The successful holding of the 2025 International Workshop on Electrical Systems (WSES 2025) has built a high-level exchange platform covering academic research, technology research and development, and industrial application, which has strongly promoted the deep synergy and innovative integration of industry, academia, and research in the global electrical system field. In the future, the WSES conference will continue to play the role of "academic bridge" and "innovation engine", continuously focus on the global energy sustainable development goals, gather international wisdom, deepen collaborative innovation, promote the upgrading of electrical systems towards efficiency, low-carbonization, and intelligence, and help build a safe, clean, and sustainable global energy system.

WSES 2026 will be hosted by Xinjiang University. Let us meet in the most beautiful Xinjiang then!
